Shipment & Delivery Policy

At BlueFinch Events, we are committed to ensuring that all event-related materials, merchandise, and documentation are delivered accurately, securely, and on time. This policy outlines the terms and procedures governing the shipment and delivery of physical and digital items related to your bookings or projects with us.

1. Scope of Shipment

Our shipment and delivery services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Event merchandise, décor items, or promotional materials.

  • Collaterals such as printed invitations, brochures, or standees.

  • Digital assets such as photos, videos, and event reports (delivered electronically).

  • Equipment or materials procured on behalf of clients for events or exhibitions.

All shipments are managed under strict quality and packaging standards to ensure items reach in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the item, destination, and vendor availability.

  • For domestic shipments, deliveries typically take 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • For international deliveries, the timeline may extend to 15–20 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • For digital deliverables (videos, designs, reports), delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon during the project approval stage.

Delays due to force majeure, transportation strikes, weather conditions, or third-party courier issues will be communicated promptly to the client.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping or courier charges, if applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time of quotation or invoice generation.

  • For bulk shipments or special handling requirements (fragile or oversized items), additional logistics charges may apply.

  • In some cases, shipping may be included in the project cost or charged separately, depending on the service agreement.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once the shipment is dispatched, clients will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.

  • BlueFinch Events shall not be held responsible for tracking delays once the item is handed over to the courier company.

  • Clients are encouraged to monitor their shipments directly through the provided tracking link for real-time updates.

5. Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Clients must ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.

  • Deliveries will be made only to the address confirmed during booking or written correspondence.

  • BlueFinch Events will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the client.

  • Any re-delivery or redirection of the shipment due to client error may attract additional charges.

6. Receipt & Verification

  • Upon delivery, clients are requested to inspect the shipment immediately and notify us of any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Claims for damages or shortages reported beyond this timeframe may not be entertained.

  • For event materials delivered directly to a venue, verification should be completed upon arrival to ensure readiness before setup.

7. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

  • In rare cases where a shipment is lost, delayed, or returned due to courier issues, BlueFinch Events will coordinate with the service provider to initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting any third-party handling or logistics charges.

8. Force Majeure

BlueFinch Events will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
