3. Services
Bluefinch Experiences provides event planning, design, fabrication, and production services.
All project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be governed by separate contracts, quotations, or agreements signed between Bluefinch Experiences and the client.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, mockups, and designs, is the property of Bluefinch Experiences and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

5. Project Quotations & Payments
All estimates or quotations shared are valid for a limited time (as stated in the document).
A confirmation advance (usually 50%) must be paid before project commencement.
Balance payments must be made as per agreed milestones or prior to event execution.
Any additional work requested beyond the approved scope will be charged separately.
Bluefinch Experiences accepts payments for projects ranging from ₹20,000/- to ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand to Three Lakhs only)* depending on the project scope, scale, and deliverables.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved digital payment modes.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
 If a project is canceled after approval, charges may apply for work already completed, materials procured, or vendor bookings made.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting actual expenses incurred.
Approved refund will be credited in original payment method with in 5-7 business days

7. Limitation of Liability
Bluefinch Experiences is not liable for:
Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, venue restrictions, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).
Loss or damage to personal property during events.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.

8. Privacy & Data
We value your privacy. Any personal or business information collected through forms, emails, or contact requests will be used solely for communication and service-related purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
